At Rosina Beauty Store, we take product quality and hygiene seriously. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and seals must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Beauty Tools & Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products and beauty tools cannot be returned once opened, used, or tested, including but not limited to:
• Hair straighteners
• Hair dye products
• Electrical beauty tools
• Personal care items
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beautystorerosina@gmail.com, including clear photos or videos of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
